Footwear: stand on paper, mark heel and longest toe, then compare millimetres to the size chart on each product page.

Apparel: measure chest, waist, and hip over a light layer. If you sit between sizes, size up for training kits.

Rackets and bats list weight and grip on the PDP. When in doubt, write to support with your usual brand size.
